How much are your photocards? TOP

 
All photo cards are $1.95 each. This price includes a white envelope for each and a small magnet.
 
10% GST will be added to your order during the checkout process.

How long after payment will I receive my digital sample? TOP

 
Once payment is made and we have all of your details and if applicable your photo/s you should have your sample to approve within 24 hours.

If I purchase a design, how do I send my photos to you? TOP

 
Simply email your photos to us at info@lidesigns.com.au 
If sending more than one photo, please send them in seperate emails.  

What size are your photo cards? TOP

 
Due to popularity and professional recommendations, our announcements, thank you cards and invitations measure 6"x4" (10cm x 15cm) which is equivilant to a standard photo size.  Our Bomboniere tags measure approximately 5cm x 4 cm.

For printed invitations, how long does it take to deliver an order? TOP

 
Printing is conducted each Tuesday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Deadline for approval is 5:00pm the night before printing. Tuesday’s printing is posted each Wednesday and Friday’s printing is posted over the weekend. 
 
Please note that during the Christmas and holiday season it may take longer to receive the final product. Please email us with any questions you may have regarding delivery at info@lidesigns.com.au 

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia? TOP

 
Yes

What paper are your invitations/photo cards printed on? TOP

We print on quality matte HP photo paper. The back of the photo paper is watermarked with HP VIvid photo paper and has a small digital barcode. You can however write over the watermark.
 
We do not print on cardboard or any other card stock.

Do you deliver outside of Australia? TOP

 
We deliver to Australian addresses only. Our invitation printing services are therefore not available for overseas customers. However, our digital file options are available to both Australian and International customers.

Can you print the names of my guests on the invitations? TOP

 
YES! Each invitation can be personalised with your guest name/s for an additional cost of $1.00 per invitation. We can match the colour and font of your invitation.

What if I like a design on the website but would like to make variations such as changing the colour, or the font? TOP

 
No problems. Simply give us the details and we will prepare a new sample for you to look at.

What is your cancellation policy TOP

If we have not commenced working on your order, then there is no charge for cancellation. 
 
If we have put together your proof, and your order is cancelled there is a $30.00 fee for our time. 
 
No refund will be given if an order is cancelled after approval has been given and printing has been conducted.
